Change your choice at any time. Open the cookie preferences panel to switch analytics and advertising cookies on or off. Your choice takes effect immediately.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store. Similar technologies — local storage, pixels and tracking scripts — do comparable things. In this policy "cookies" covers all of them.
Under EU law we may only place cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver the site without asking you. Everything else needs your permission first. That is how this site behaves: no analytics or advertising script loads until you accept it, and refusing costs you nothing — the site works exactly the same.
2. Strictly necessary
These are always active because the site cannot work properly without them.

Local storage, first party | Remembers which cookie categories you agreed to, so we do not ask again on every page | 6 months |
Our hosting provider may also process server log data — including your IP address — to keep the site available and to block abuse. That is not a cookie and is covered by our privacy statement.
3. Analytics
We do not run Google Analytics or any other analytics product on this site. The cookie preferences panel still has an analytics switch so you can refuse it; turning it on does not load an extra script until we add a tool and update this table.
4. Advertising
Only placed if you switch advertising on. We advertise on Facebook and Instagram and use the Meta Pixel to see whether those ads lead anywhere. With advertising switched off, the pixel script is never downloaded and no cookie below is set.

Meta Platforms Ireland | Identifies your browser so ad views can be matched to actions on this site | 3 months |

Meta Platforms Ireland | Ad delivery and measurement across Facebook and Instagram | 3 months |
What Meta does with this data is described in Meta's privacy policy, and you can adjust it in your Meta ad preferences. Section 5 of our privacy statement explains our role.
5. Changing or withdrawing consent
- Use the cookie preferences panel, linked in the footer of every page. Turning a category off stops the relevant scripts from loading from that moment on.
- Cookies already set before you withdrew consent can be removed in your browser settings, under a heading such as "Cookies and site data".
- We ask again after six months, so a stale choice does not follow you indefinitely.
Every major browser also lets you block or delete cookies entirely. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may mean we ask for your cookie choice on every page.
6. Changes to this policy
When we add or remove a tool, we update the tables above and the date at the top of this page. If a change means we need new permission, we will ask for it again.
