2. Contact
Email is our primary channel and reaches us fastest: support@chainsecurities.org. We answer enquiries within one business day, Monday to Friday. Post can be sent to the registered address above. We do not publish a telephone number.
We work with organisations in a professional or business capacity and do not provide services to consumers.
3. Advertising transparency
We advertise our services on Facebook and Instagram. Ads are published from the Facebook Page Chain Cybersecurity, operated by Chain Cybersecurity, and paid for by the business identified in section 1. Our advertising never asks you to install software, and we never ask for credentials, one-time codes or remote access to your systems in an ad, a message or an email.
If someone contacts you claiming to be us and asks for a password, an authentication code or remote access, it is not us. Report it to support@chainsecurities.org. Our staff will never ask for those, and we always work under a signed engagement document.
4. Website content
The content of this website is general information about our services. It is not advice for a specific situation and no client relationship arises from reading it. We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we give no warranty that it is complete or error free, and we may change it at any time.

Naming a framework does not imply certification, accreditation or endorsement by the body behind it.
